This page provides a summary of the policies adopted by the Board of Directors to ensure compliance with the Texas Property Code (Chapter 209) and the Association’s Declaration (CC&Rs) and Bylaws.
The Board of Directors has formally adopted or incorporated the following policies in accordance with Texas Property Code requirements. All documents and procedures can be requested by email or found on the Governing Documents page of this site.
These policies are required by Texas Property Code §209.005, 209.00505, 209.006, and 209.0062 and are incorporated into the Association’s governing documents.
Because the Association is small and self-managed, all requests are handled by email rather than printed forms.
