The University Hills POA holds meetings to conduct Association business, review finances, and address community matters. All meetings are conducted in accordance with the Association’s Bylaws and Texas Property Code §209.0051, which require open and transparent governance.
Types of Meetings
Annual Member Meetings
Held once per year on the first Monday in October.
Purpose: election of directors, presentation of reports, and general discussion of community business.
Notices of meetings are sent to all Owners at least 5–30 days in advance per the Association's Bylaws.
Special Member Meetings
May be called by the President if directed by the Board or by a petition signed by 70% of members for specific purposes.
The notice must state the time, place, and specific matters to be covered.

Board of Directors Meetings
The Board holds at least one regular meeting per fiscal year (BylawsC-1).
Notice of each Board meeting must be given to all property owners at least 6 days in advance (per Texas Property Code §209.0051).
All Board meetings are open to members except for limited executive-related items.
If you are unable to attend a scheduled meeting, you may assign your voting rights to another homeowner or the POA Board by completing and submitting the Proxy Form.
