University Hills Property Owners Association, Inc. is a Texas nonprofit corporation formed on September 21, 2020 to uphold the recorded Bylaws and Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (CC&Rs) governing the University Hills Phase 2 subdivision in Weatherford, Texas.
The Association’s primary purpose is to preserve Phase 2's standards, ensure compliance with recorded deed restrictions, and maintain the legal filings required under the Texas Propery Code, Chapter 209.
