Under Section F of the University Hills Declaration of Covenants, Conditions & Restrictions (CC&Rs), each lot owner is responsible for an annual assessment used to cover the Association’s administrative costs.
No payment is required for 2026. The Board has suspended collection of the 2026 regular assessment. This decision applies to 2026 only. Please see the Notices & Updates page of this website for more information.
